In celebration of National Golf Month, our special Golf for Mobility yoga class is designed to enhance the movement patterns essential for an efficient, injury-free golf swing. This class will focus on improving rotational mobility, hip and thoracic spine flexibility, core stability, and balance — all key components of a powerful and controlled swing. Through targeted yoga poses and mindful breathwork, participants will build greater body awareness and control both on and off the course. Whether you're an avid golfer or new to the game, this session will help unlock mobility and fluidity to support your performance.
